After interviewing several realtors over the phone and via zoom (Due to COVID), we decided to list with Romeo Team Realty and Tori. Great decision. We were under a time crunch to sell our existing home and Tori got it done ahead of schedule for the $$$ we wanted. She went out of her way to advertise and place our house under several listing services that got us noticed and SOLD!!! We then had Tori help us with a new construction house, getting us favorable results from the builders realtor. She even had our brand new house professionally cleaned from top to bottom after we moved in. You don't get that type of service from many companies.

When we moved to NY from out of state, she set us up with listings several months before we traveled out to search in person. So first some disclaimers... Tori is my cousin (in law) and she was the buying agent for my house as well, and I'm also a very anxious, easily stressed about things, kind of person.... so being my agent, AND my relative is just possibly the worst job ever... it takes someone with a lot of talent, knowledge, and patience to be able to handle this combination. Enter Tori. She handled everything about the sale of my house with great professionalism, calm, and expertise. She was honest and upfront about her thought process when it came to staging, pricing and the (multiple) offers I had. I need to also add how amazing her entire team and staff is! (An actual A team... with all of the ladies who helped me having 'A' names!) When my house was listed, Tori was out of town on a mini vacation (I know, the nerve of her thinking that she is allowed to take a whole 3 days away with her husband and babies!) Her entire team stepped up like I was *their* client, handling multiple calls, texts, emails (I said I was anxious!) with professionalism and anxiety reducing skill. They all were absolutely wonderful to work with, and with the combined skills of Romeo TEAM Realty, my house was under contract in 2 days. With multiple offers. Thanks to the world of Covid we all living in, everything about the sale process was a bit longer, and a bit more requiring of patience. All in all, the entire team is simply amazing, and, much to the chagrin of my friends,(who I tell should ALL be using her team), I will keep recommending her and her team to anyone who will listen... not just because she's my cousin, but because she frankly was born to do this work.
