Tori was the first realitor to actually listen to what we needed. I am very tall and after looking for over 4 1/2 years of looking and over 150 houses between 2 other realities, Tori was able to help us find our home after only looking at about 12 houses. She not only listened to us but even helped us realize we were speaking for each other when we looked and not for ourselves. After we started looking at houses from our perspective instead of trying to look through the others eyes it was easy to realize what we were looking for and she helped us find it quickly! Tori was quite knowledgeable, responsive and effective during my family's home selling process. We had many ups and downs with the property itself and she was able to help us navigate everything with as little friction as possible. She was also able to recommend great people to help with work on the house we did pre-sale. My family is spread out around the northeast as well, without any local contacts for the realty team to work with. Tori and her colleagues never had any issue working with us over email or the phone. They also stayed on top of things we may need to be aware of like snow storms and conditions of the house during the winter, which was extremely helpful.

We were doing a cross-country move from California on a tight timeline. We contacted Tori, and she said that she would be able to accommodate our tight schedule. We had a tight schedule both on our viewing schedule, and on our buying timeline. Of note for us was the following: 1) She was extremely knowledgeable about the area, informing us about the locations that were completely new to us. 2) She was very knowledgeable about the closing process. 3) On a few occasions she went above and beyond by helping facilitate things through our bank (contacted a VP of Trustco that is a personal contact to stave off a rather strange situation encountered). I am SO grateful that we were referred to Tori! My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home and neither of us were familiar with the process. It was intimidating but Tori made us feel comfortable right from the beginning. She did not rush us, asking about the things we needed as well as the things to put on our wish list.
