Victoria (Tori) has been our New York State agent for the year that we have been looking for the perfect home and property for us. Very professional and easy to work with team. Consulted with Tori and she was upfront and honest with what she provided and what she could help us to get. If you are willing to work with her and do your part I guarantee you won't only get more than you would trying to do this on your own, but will most likely get far more than you originally hoped for, within reasonable boundaries of course. Tori or her assistants were available to answer any questions we might have and to help smooth things along during the process. The platform they use for showings/inspection scheduling was very easy to use for just about anyone. They had recommendations for professionals outside of their scope of work (they are realtors, not attorneys, inspectors, and such after all) whenever was necessary and helped negotiate/find alternatives for any concessions that were sought after. Again, she's a professional, and they get paid to do this for a reason. If you listen and apply what her team recommends then prepare to get far more value than what you're paying for.
