She made me feel very well taken care of and represented throughout a very stressful process. She is also very good at reading people and managing difficult personalities. Not only did she dial in my needs very quickly, she also went to bat for me when multiple sellers tried to pull shady business dealings. She will be very upfront with you and tell you things straight so that you have the information you need to make whichever decision is best for you. Highly recommend!

We found Tori by luck via Zillow. My husband and I were considering a move to Saratoga but weren't 100% sure. We toured a few properties on spec to get a sense of what we wanted. We took our time, Tori was patient and never pressured us to move more quickly even though it is a competitive market. She kept in touch with us for over a year and when we found a property we wanted to purchase, she was on it. Making herself available from vacation, pulling together the team we needed to get financing, to negotiate with the seller and recommend vendors for work to be done in the new property.
