Where do I begin! Tori and her team come through in the clutch once again for the Walters family. After a wonderful first home buying experience with Tori back in 2017, I reached out for her help in April 2023 in selling my Mothers house for her. Tori came the very next day no questions asked other than the address. My mother is tough to please but the way Tori conducts her business is top notch, way above approach. She immediately won my mother over and really set us at ease. And that’s just Tori. Don’t get me started on her network. Tori was wonderful on guiding me though the process and connecting me with contractors and other vendors to get the house ready. The investments she suggested I make into the house (which was less than 10 grand) returned me 400% on my investment. Where else do you get 400 percent return. She’s brilliant. I reach out to Tori at the beginning of April and we legit closed on the house June 1st. Full house flip in a less than 2 months isn’t the norm with other teams.
