I am a real estate expert, specializing in residential real estate. I have held a real estate license since 1999, and love what I do for a living. I don't just sell houses, I help my clients to make short term and long term decisions about buying, selling, and even remodeling their residential properties.
I believe that real estate is a very dynamic industry and so in order to serve my clients, and do it well, I need to stay connected with the different aspects of the business. There are about 55 hands that touch a residential real estate transaction, from the buyer, seller to inspector and loan underwriter, etc... etc.... In order to guide my clients, to the best of my ability, I've taken the time and the challenge to get very involved with the real estate industry, serving on committees, being a board of director, and even president of a real estate association which in turn has availed me the opportunity to surround myself with the best of the best. As a result I've built a large network of support that helps me to stay abreast of this fluid industry.
My philosophy is that I may not have all the answers, but I know where to turn to get them.
I make it my life's goal to SERVE my clients. I know that each and every one of them is an expert in their own area of life, but real estate is not one of them. They TRUST me to see them through the process. They trust me to make sure that they are being treated the way I would like to be treated when I'm in an area of uncertainty.
