Let's talk about how awesome Trina is: 1. She's been doing this for a long time, successfully, and she 100% knows her stuff. 2. She's kind, thoughtful, extremely generous, and is utterly responsive. There was never a time when we asked a question (no matter how stupid) that she didn't respond with a proper answer very quickly. She never kept us waiting, ever. 3. To coin a very old phrase: she's a “straight-shooter”. She doesn't play games, with you or the buyers, and that is something to value, in this current world of lies and misleading. When an offer/response is made, she tells everyone immediately - she doesn't wait around so people can sweat and make poor decisions. 4. She is never, EVER offensive towards any offer. She won't insult your buyers if they make an offer that is low – we are all just trying to do our best in this market. Nor will she “pay back” your buyers with a scornful counter. 5. She knows the right price to put on your property. She's not greedy. She knows what your property is worth, and if you are looking for a quick sale, she knows the correct price so you're not losing out, but also not waiting months for that pie in the sky to land on your table. 6. She keeps everyone on task. She's very good about politely poking everyone to get their part done in the contract process so dates aren't missed and contract defaults don't happen. 7. She knows the right resources to engage in the process. For us, she recommended staging, which at first we were doubtful about. But, our house looked incredible after staging, waaaaayyy better than it did when we lived there. It sold for over asking price, in four days! 8. She knows how to negotiate. For example, she knows the programs out there for buyers to get cash back from lenders. But if the buyer lender doesn't offer it, she knows how to create a counter that will work for both parties. These are just a few of the qualities that make Trina a great realtor. HIRE HER. You will not regret it.

Trina has been an absolute joy to work with! She set up and accompanied us on dozens of home visits. She gave us insights into the nuances of our potential new homes - positive and negative - that we’d have missed on our own. She served as an impartial sounding board as we debated the attributes of the house and location we most wanted. Even above all this was her calm presence, unshakable belief that we were learning more with every home visit, and joy in the work she did, that made us sure we were in the care of a consummate professional. With her help, we were successful in getting minor repairs completed before move-in, making our new home stress-free and, nearly a month into our living here, a wonderful purchase with no regrets.
