My name is Trent Spencer, and I'm proud to call Myrtle Beach home since moving here in middle school. Having moved down from the North, I know firsthand how big of a transition relocating can be. Growing up along the Grand Strand gave me not only a deep love for this area, but also a true understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make it special. Before becoming a realtor, I started out as a young entrepreneur, running small businesses and eventually investing in rental properties. That hands-on experience taught me what it's like to be on the client's side - the excitement of buying, the pressure of selling, and the challenges of managing an investment. Because of that, I treat every client's transaction like it's my own. I'm down to earth and easy to work with, but I don't shy away from putting in the hard work it takes to get deals done.
