Tracy is the absolute best realtor. He did not stop for months to find my fiancé and myself the perfect home. It’s a hard market right now with low inventory. Tracy was always available to show us homes or answer questions. His knowledge and expertise made him stand out from other realtors. He is also an architect and used that to honestly point out parts of homes that needed or would need work. He was adamant on not stopping until we found our perfect home. One Saturday, we did. We knew it immediately. He told us the exact offer price that, along with a personal letter, would secure the home. We went $5 lower than his recommendation and were outbid. We made our “best and final” offer the one that he recommended at first and we got it! Tracy has years of experience and it shows. He’s the best-we have recommended him to everyone we know.

Tracy made the selling of my mother's condo a breeze! He used his design talents in choosing new flooring, countertops, backsplash, kitchen sink and faucet, paint colors... even ceiling fans, light fixtures, and window treatments! He oversaw contractors - even doing some of the work himself. Tracy was a great communicator and marketer, selling the unit to the first person who looked at it. Once we had a contract, he kept me reassured through paperwork hiccups. All was handled with ease and efficiency. Realtor always responded quickly and efficiently - went out of his way to be helpful. I would recommend him highly to sellers and buyers. The friend who recommended him is a Reatlor in Florida as am I. He spoke very highly of this Realtor's knowldege of the properties, the association, and sales history. My firendl bought property in the same complex from this Realtor and the Realtor lives in the complex as well.
