Tracy is the absolute best realtor. He did not stop for months to find my fiancé and myself the perfect home. It’s a hard market right now with low inventory. Tracy was always available to show us homes or answer questions. His knowledge and expertise made him stand out from other realtors. He is also an architect and used that to honestly point out parts of homes that needed or would need work. He was adamant on not stopping until we found our perfect home. One Saturday, we did. We knew it immediately. He told us the exact offer price that, along with a personal letter, would secure the home. We went $5 lower than his recommendation and were outbid. Tracy made the selling of my mother's condo a breeze!
