Tracy assisted us with the sale of our and purchase of 2 homes. He was always available, gave honest opinions, and guided us through the process with urgency due to our aggressive timeline. He fought for everything we asked for and landed us in a great home. 10/10 A+ good looking guy performance Thank you Tracy for all your help
Yes, that is THREE times working with this superstar agent! We are so thankful he came into our lives, and now a lifelong friend. There is such a sense of security knowing that his attention to detail will allow for a seamless experience. Tracy is willing to mentor new agents, and because of that they will be successful due to his knowledge of the ever changing market. The industry is in good hands with Tracy as a part.
Full disclosure, Tracy is a close friend of mine. I have trusted Tracy with our first home purchase, which is now our investment property, and now our second real estate purchase, which is our family Home. Tracy’s experience with the Charlotte and surrounding markets is second to none. Strong negotiations skill set with personable charm, make for grade A real estate agent and friend in Tracy Honeycutt. I would recommend family and friends to Tracy and will look to add to our real estate portfolio with one realtor in mind.
Very knowledgeable, professional, gave great advise, found us the perfect place
Tracy was AMAZING !!! and so was Don, my home wouldn’t have sold if it truly wasn’t for Tracy and his team ❤️ plan and simple. I was about to sell with open door because I needed to sell ASAP, Tracy and I talked and not only did he sell it quickly he also made me 20k more than open door !!!
Great communication and made the selling process easier than I could have imagined.
Can’t say enough good things about Tracy Honeycutt! As a first time homebuyer, I knew I wanted to buy a property but was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. Tracy was by my side every step of the way. Not to mention, he found exactly what I was looking for and exceeded all expectations…almost seemed too good to be true! Tracy will be my “go-to” for any and all real estate ventures in the Carolina’s moving forward. Thank you for everything, Tracy!
Tracy went above and beyond to help us find our new home. When we found the home that we wanted, he worked all day on a Sunday negotiating the price, details, and financing terms with the sellers agent until we came to an agreement of a fair price and other arrangements that were acceptable to everyone involved. Between the day contract signing and our closing day Tracy was on top of every detail regarding the appraisal process, home inspection, and setting up the final closing. We don't anticipate ever buying another home but, if we do, Tracy will definitely be our agent again. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for their new home purchase.
Tracy Honeycutt is an AMAZING Realtor! As a Loan Officer I've worked with Tracy many times and it's always a fantastic experience. He knows the market, has an extensive background in Real Estate, and his buyers love him! He takes exceptional care of his buyers and sellers. Do yourself a favor and call Tracy if you're looking to buy or sell!
Tracy knows his stuff! He’s always available to respond to texts and phone calls and stayed in touch every step of the way. He gave me great advice and made the process smooth and seamless. Great marketing materials too!
I have invested in residential real estate for many years in multiple cities and states. Across those years I have never worked with an agent more knowledgeable about his market, more informed about individual properties, or more honest and fair in his representation than Tracy Honeycutt. I am proud to recommend Tracy to any potential buyer, seller, or investor without hesitation.
Tracy is fantastic to work with from the beginning to end. We have worked with him on a number of transactions and he always exceeds our expectations. Tracy makes the process of selling a home as streamline and smooth as possible.
