Tracy went above and beyond to help us find our new home. When we found the home that we wanted, he worked all day on a Sunday negotiating the price, details, and financing terms with the sellers agent until we came to an agreement of a fair price and other arrangements that were acceptable to everyone involved. Between the day contract signing and our closing day Tracy was on top of every detail regarding the appraisal process, home inspection, and setting up the final closing.
