When we first met Tracy he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained how everything worked and listened intently after he asked us what we were looking for in a house. He never wavered from what we wanted and every house he suggested had what we were looking for. We also found houses that we wanted to visit. He was quick to set up times. He never recommended a house that was higher than the most we wanted to pay. Tracy knew us so well he even knew we wouldn’t like a house before we did but never said anything.he left that for us to figure out. He was very helpful when we put our first offer in. Having no idea what to offer he gave us the guidance we needed and we knew for certain he had our best interests in mind. He was quick to answer any questions we had no matter when we asked them. We are from out of state so if there was a house we liked he offered to go look at it and loop us in on face time.
