Tracy used text, phone, and email to keep in contact with me about important issues. He marketed the property well utilizing Homes.com which seemed to boost the sale of the property which sold within 3 months at asking price. He offered his knowledge and experience referencing outside vendors we could use to accomplish additional tasks needing completion. We allowed him to be a dual agent and he managed to get us competing bids. We would use him again as either a purchasing or selling agent.

Moving from one city can be stressful, but thankfully I had the help of the amazing Tracy Honeycutt who made the process a little less daunting.
