Tracy did an excellent job negotiating with seller’s agent. It was highly competitive and we didn’t have extra funds to ensure the winning bid outright. He worked closely with seller’s agent to position our offer ultimately beating out the offer of the competing offer from seller agent’s own client offer. He did all the heavy lifting and made this dream of ours come true. I have worked with many agents in the past but I will only work with Tracy going forward.

When we first met Tracy he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained how everything worked and listened intently after he asked us what we were looking for in a house. He never wavered from what we wanted and every house he suggested had what we were looking for. We also found houses that we wanted to visit. He was quick to set up times. He never recommended a house that was higher than the most we wanted to pay. Tracy knew us so well he even knew we wouldn’t like a house before we did but never said anything.he left that for us to figure out. He was very helpful when we put our first offer in.
