We have worked with Tracy on buying and selling two homes now. She is very knowledgeable of the area and all aspects of the home buying and selling process. Tracy is always attentive to any calls or texts for questions during the process and after if needed. She is very honest and trustworthy. A real peace of mind to work with in what can be a stressful process.

Tracy helped us both buy and sell our first house. When we bought with her in 2016 my wife and I were in our early 20s and had no idea what to do out how the process went. Tracy really helped us see the houses we viewed with that buying eye. She listened to us during that time, not only to see what we liked and wanted but figured out who we were so that we only looked at houses we were truly interested in. She also listened to us as people! There was one house that my wife made a comment about a jar of pickles and Tracy included a GIANT jar of pickles in our closing gift basket! Selling was easy for both of us due to the 2021/2022 market. But Tracy came over after we had our initial phone call and helped us get an idea of what we need to do to get the house ready for the market. She also invested her own money to have beautiful pictures and drone footage of the property! She helped us talk through each of our offers and helped us to pick the best one for us!

It was a pleasure working with Tracy. She was friendly, personable, down to earth and professional. She went above and beyond our expectations. She was on top of the paperwork and details from day 1 through closing day. We were working through a relocation company, which means more knowledge and work from the agent. Tracy never let us down.
