Tracy helped us both buy and sell our first house. When we bought with her in 2016 my wife and I were in our early 20s and had no idea what to do out how the process went. Tracy really helped us see the houses we viewed with that buying eye. She listened to us during that time, not only to see what we liked and wanted but figured out who we were so that we only looked at houses we were truly interested in. She also invested her own money to have beautiful pictures and drone footage of the property! She helped us talk through each of our offers and helped us to pick the best one for us!
