First off, I would definitely recommend Tony for anyone that is buying. My husband and I are first time buyer and have no experience about buying homes but Tony makes the process less stressful. Two words: MIRACLE WORKER -> I had moderate income, below average down payment, and complicated financing but Tony still managed to get my offer in top 5's many times, among all-cash and higher offers than mine. Here's the most important takeaway: If you feel overwhelmed, like you don't have any chance to compete in this market, contact Tony and he will make it happen.
