Tony helped us with the sell of a condo recently. He helped us getting the property ready for showing (repairing, updating & staging it). 2 weeks after the property was placed on the market, an unexpected leak happened between our wall and our neighbor’s wall. He immediately went checked it out, and went to the property many times to meet with the HOA plumber and contractor to fix the leak and any damage to the wall. He continued to update us on the repair. As soon as the repair was completed, he was able to resume showing and get us several offers. The weekend before our scheduled closing, the buyer requested us to fixed the heater, dishwasher, patio sliding door before proceeding. My experience with Tony was great. Without Tony, would never have gotten the house I did. He was able to work closely with local agents to learn about upcoming listings.
