From the moment Toni first met with my husband and myself and made her detailed presentation, we were impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and personality. As we explained to her, this would be an estate sale of my late parents home, requiring myself and my 2 sisters to agree on every aspect of the process; sale price, contract terms, expenditures to make the home sale ready, offer negotiations, closing process, document signing, etc. etc. Three siblings to all agree? Not easy but Toni exuded patience throughout. Compounding this 3 person involvement was the fact that I live in Pinellas county, one sister lives in PA and my other sister lives in Japan (13 hours ahead of us). When we informed Toni that she was our choice out of the 5 agents we interviewed she immediately went to work setting us up with the ability to electronically sign the documents needed throughout the process. This was crucial, given the need to respond very quickly once we entered negotiations with the buyer and the large time difference between my one sister in Japan. Toni was even once online with my sister at midnight as it was 1PM the next day in Japan. From start to finish the sale only took about 5 weeks and I think in this market 3 months is not uncommon. I was very pleased with Toni on all levels and without reservation would recommend her to become your agent.

This is the second home Toni helped me purchase. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She clearly understood my wish list and took the necessary time to find the perfect home. During negotiations, she communicated with me and took every step to agree on a deal that was fair and equitable to the buyer and the seller. I will be selling another property this year and will absolutely use Toni to handle the transaction. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home of any type!
