Tommi Kanotz

Tommi guided me in having the right tools to get the home I was best suited for. I was impressed with her ability to show respect for the buyer and seller. The people she surrounds herself with for Support were all excellent. I was new to the area, she was very helpful in explaining the culture and landscape of Sarasota. She is young and I am old but she didnt “perfect “me to death. She is a great asset to anyone looking for a home. I am great full for her accomplishing the task of formalizing deal. I-Can honestly recommend her as a realter to choose.

We had a great experience working with Tommi as our real estate agent. She was incredibly reliable and always made sure to follow up with us, keeping everything on track throughout the entire process. Tommi was also genuinely kind, easy to work with, and always had our best interests in mind. It really felt like she was looking out for us every step of the way. We highly recommend Tommi to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated agent!

Tommi is top notch in real estate. She is very soft spoken but firm. Tommi gives 1000% when helping her clients. Tommi was available no matter what day of the week. If you want the best you want this team of power houses.
