CASA TERRA REALTY

Tommi guided me in having the right tools to get the home I was best suited for. I was impressed with her ability to show respect for the buyer and seller. The people she surrounds herself with for Support were all excellent. I was new to the area, she was very helpful in explaining the culture and landscape of Sarasota. She is young and I am old but she didnt “perfect “me to death. She is a great asset to anyone looking for a home. I am great full for her accomplishing the task of formalizing deal. I-Can honestly recommend her as a realter to choose.

Im so glad I hired Sandy to sell my home. I split time between Florida and NJ. Trying to navigate a home sale from 800 miles away can get extremely stressful. Sandy and her assistant Tiffany were excellent at relieving all my stress and handling all my responsibilities while I was not able to do it. From moving furniture to dealing with a very difficult buyer, Sandy handled it professionally. Sandy stuck to my sale price, never asking me to come lower or make a concession. She really kept my best interest at the forefront of this sale. I couldn’t be more pleased with her service, and I recommend her highly! Thank you Sandy and Tiffany! ❤️

From the first day I met Sandra things fell into place. Sandra and her partner Peter are the most customer service oriented agents I’ve ever met.. Honest, with great communication and sincerity. The entire experience of selling my home was stress free and I have them to thank. I would highly recommend Sandra and Peter to anyone looking to either buy or sell a home. Best, Connie Gatto
