Incredible͏ Experience We had a fantastic experience with Tina! I thought trying to buy a house while being in Guam would be difficult. However, Tina maximized our 14-hour time difference by having thorough advice, research, and videos waiting for us. She was very responsive and provided all the facts we needed to make an informed decision at all times. Since we were in Guam, Tina willingly drove across Summerville and Goose Creek to provide us with videos and facts about different properties. Our situation presented many challenges, but she was excellent during the process with her services and knowledge. She made what can be a stressful time seem easy with her knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help. We had an issue at closing with some repairs not being completed. However, she vied to have repairs written into the contract to ensure repairs were complete. She is very familiar with the military way of life too. She is the perfect realtor if you are military since she understands what is needed. We highly recommend Tina and cannot stress it enough. We cannot thank her enough for her ample time, wisdom, and expertise in helping us find our home. If we move again, Tina Hartford will be the first person we call!

Patient,͏ Professional, Knowledgeable Tina's knowledge of the intricacies of the current housing market was invaluable in our search. She was very patient with us as we adjusted our search criteria based on our viewings. To this day, Tina has made herself available to us via text, email, and FB Messenger. We would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a home.

In a time where the market was less than forgiving, Tina delivered in every way. We had not planned to purchase a home when we moved to the area because of the rough buyers market. I reached out to her one last time to see if there was anything I may be overlooking that meets our needs/desires. Low and behold, that divine nudge led to this wonderful experience. Everything about this process truly felt God driven.. from the home itself, the sellers, and Tina's ability to be a dual realtor for both of us. She did an outstanding job balancing the hat and being exactly what we needed through this experience. She was honest and accountable. She was truly on our side and willing to help us in any way she could when we faced some small obstacles. I couldn't recommend her more to anyone needing a realtor. Tina is the real deal... the one that's great at her job but also the one that genuinely cares about her clients. Thanks Tina for an outstanding experience.

Perfect͏ from beginning to end! Professional is her middle name! We felt that Tina took care of us as if we were her only customers (and we know we weren't!) Tina communicated with us and always answered our questions in a timely manner. She understood that we couldn't always take our calls and were patient to wait for us to get back with her. She called, texted, emailed what we needed, when we needed it. She communicated with us and let us know what was going on before we had a chance to ask! She knew the market in the area we lived and was "Johnny on the spot" to help us evaluate and understand our choices. A million and one times over, We would choose Tina Hartford to take care of our housing needs.
