Because she was so amazing back then, we rang her up a second time for a new home, and we went through with it this time. She was amazing and very helpful and helped answer all questions we had. She reached out to people for us and made the home buying process much easier. If she didn't have an answer to a question, she'd find it and get back to us quickly with an answer! Overall amazing realtor and now happy in our new build home.

When we heard we were moving to SC, the first person that reached out to help was Tina. She advised on base housing, renting or selling. At first we were just going to rent but as we realized is isn't cheaper than buying, we asked for her help with the purchase of a house. We only had about a month time frame and Tina and her assistant went to all of the homes we wanted to see and did a walk through video for us so we could see the conditions they were in, since we were still in TX.
