When we heard we were moving to SC, the first person that reached out to help was Tina. She advised on base housing, renting or selling. At first we were just going to rent but as we realized is isn't cheaper than buying, we asked for her help with the purchase of a house. We only had about a month time frame and Tina and her assistant went to all of the homes we wanted to see and did a walk through video for us so we could see the conditions they were in, since we were still in TX. She even told us when a house was a big no no, that show she has the best interest with us and not just trying to sell. She answered every question we had and helped us send the offer out. Kept us up to date with the whole process until closing and even gave us a sweet housewarming gift. We definitely recommend working with her if you want a sweet and straightforward realtor.
We hired on Tina back in March 2022 to explore all of our options (buying, renting, building, etc.) The market was crazy and we didn’t know which way to turn. Tina helped us in our building process while we were still living in CA. We had never even been to Summerville before. Honestly with all of the shortages and the crazy market.. our experience was completely flawless. Tina helped us design the house, made sure all of our ducks were in a row and relayed so many messages for us. She met with our builders, did walk-throughs, etc. During closing she even entertained our wild 2 year old so we could sign papers. She’s a Jack of all trades and we appreciate her so so much!

Tina made my house buying experience such a breeze! I was really nervous and stressed about being overseas and buying a house site unseen. She definitely took all the worry and stress out of it. She kept me in the loop with the lenders and the builder. I received plenty of pictures and videos of the house before I saw it in person. She answered all of my questions politely and in a timely manner. If she was unable to answer a question she pointed me in the right direction to find my answer. There were issues during the building process and she took care of those before I even knew there was an issue so I did not have to deal with.
