It was a long road, and to say buying a new home during this past year was challenging would be an understatement. We were all but ready to give up, and Tina found us the one. We saw so many places before we got to the right house, and she helped us to see the good and bad of every home. Without her, we could have easily made the wrong choice. After we found the right fit, she advocated for us, ensuring the builder treated us right. This is our first home, and she had answers to our million and one questions. She was very responsive and provided all the facts we needed to make an informed decision at all times. Since we were in Guam, Tina willingly drove across Summerville and Goose Creek to provide us with videos and facts about different properties. Our situation presented many challenges, but she was excellent during the process with her services and knowledge. She made what can be a stressful time seem easy with her knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help. We had an issue at closing with some repairs not being completed. However, she vied to have repairs written into the contract to ensure repairs were complete. She is very familiar with the military way of life too.
