This is our second time working with Tina Hartford as our real estate agent. She originally helped us buy our home, and has now helped us sell it as well. Tina is extremely knowledgeable about the market and will help you find the home you’re looking for with added bonuses or sell your home as fast as possible! She even continues the relationship beyond just the sale! We cannot recommend her and her team enough!

Ms. Tina was an amazing realtor! She and her team made it easy for us to buy our first ever home. She was open and honest with us through the whole process and was professional the entire time! We will definitely be recommending her whenever possible.

Mrs.Tina was very amazing giving us all the information that comes with buying a home. It was our first time buying a home and she made it so easy! She’s the best in the business!!!! I definitely recommend her to anyone!

When we heard we were moving to SC, the first person that reached out to help was Tina. She advised on base housing, renting or selling. At first we were just going to rent but as we realized is isn't cheaper than buying, we asked for her help with the purchase of a house. We only had about a month time frame and Tina and her assistant went to all of the homes we wanted to see and did a walk through video for us so we could see the conditions they were in, since we were still in TX. She even told us when a house was a big no no, that show she has the best interest with us and not just trying to sell. She answered every question we had and helped us send the offer out. Kept us up to date with the whole process until closing and even gave us a sweet housewarming gift. We definitely recommend working with her if you want a sweet and straightforward realtor.

We hired on Tina back in March 2022 to explore all of our options (buying, renting, building, etc.) The market was crazy and we didn’t know which way to turn. Tina helped us in our building process while we were still living in CA. We had never even been to Summerville before. Honestly with all of the shortages and the crazy market.. our experience was completely flawless. Tina helped us design the house, made sure all of our ducks were in a row and relayed so many messages for us. She met with our builders, did walk-throughs, etc. During closing she even entertained our wild 2 year old so we could sign papers. She’s a Jack of all trades and we appreciate her so so much!

It was a long road, and to say buying a new home during this past year was challenging would be an understatement. We were all but ready to give up, and Tina found us the one. We saw so many places before we got to the right house, and she helped us to see the good and bad of every home. Without her, we could have easily made the wrong choice. After we found the right fit, she advocated for us, ensuring the builder treated us right. This is our first home, and she had answers to our million and one questions. She was never too busy for us, and we truly appreciate all she did for us.

Tina made my house buying experience such a breeze! I was really nervous and stressed about being overseas and buying a house site unseen. She definitely took all the worry and stress out of it. She kept me in the loop with the lenders and the builder. I received plenty of pictures and videos of the house before I saw it in person. She answered all of my questions politely and in a timely manner. If she was unable to answer a question she pointed me in the right direction to find my answer. There were issues during the building process and she took care of those before I even knew there was an issue so I did not have to deal with.

After PCSing to the Charleston area…we knew exactly what we wanted (a new build) but didn’t know where to start. As a military family…we were doing everything from out of town and were very nervous. Tina helped us with every step along the way and we never felt like we were out of the loop. She was so flexible with us even when we changed our mind on the 1st property we thought we liked…she was compassionate and understanding and helped us find the perfect home. We closed this week and Tina was right by our side. Thank you so much!!!!

Working with Tina was great. Our realtor in Florida recommended her for our move to South Carolina and I am so glad we went with her suggestion. Tina helped us find the perfect house and listened to all our needs/wants. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

We had used Tina as buyers, and she didn’t disappoint us when we used her services to sell. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and real estate trends/conditions. She helped us get a good deal in selling our house.

Military͏ move specialist Tina both helped us buy and sell the same house when the military moved us a year later. When buying a house and working with Tina the stress level is low as Tina does everything she can to make the home buying process go extremely smooth even when things go awry. Tina’s calm demeanor and patience with first time home buyers made the buying process amazing. She has set the bar extremely high for the home buying process the next time around. Selling a home with Tina is equally as smooth and once again one of the best experiences. Tina’s experience with the area’s housing market and her network of people for getting the house ready for the market makes the prep a breeze. If I could have Tina as a realtor in every state we moved to we would in a heartbeat.
