We hired on Tina back in March 2022 to explore all of our options (buying, renting, building, etc.) The market was crazy and we didn’t know which way to turn. Tina helped us in our building process while we were still living in CA. We had never even been to Summerville before. Honestly with all of the shortages and the crazy market.. our experience was completely flawless. Tina helped us design the house, made sure all of our ducks were in a row and relayed so many messages for us. She met with our builders, did walk-throughs, etc. During closing she even entertained our wild 2 year old so we could sign papers. She’s a Jack of all trades and we appreciate her so so much!

It was a long road, and to say buying a new home during this past year was challenging would be an understatement. We were all but ready to give up, and Tina found us the one. We saw so many places before we got to the right house, and she helped us to see the good and bad of every home. Without her, we could have easily made the wrong choice. After we found the right fit, she advocated for us, ensuring the builder treated us right. This is our first home, and she had answers to our million and one questions. Tina made my house buying experience such a breeze! I was really nervous and stressed about being overseas and buying a house site unseen. She definitely took all the worry and stress out of it. She kept me in the loop with the lenders and the builder. I received plenty of pictures and videos of the house before I saw it in person. She answered all of my questions politely and in a timely manner. If she was unable to answer a question she pointed me in the right direction to find my answer. There were issues during the building process and she took care of those before I even knew there was an issue so I did not have to deal with.

After PCSing to the Charleston area…we knew exactly what we wanted (a new build) but didn’t know where to start. As a military family…we were doing everything from out of town and were very nervous. Tina helped us with every step along the way and we never felt like we were out of the loop. However, Tina maximized our 14-hour time difference by having thorough advice, research, and videos waiting for us. She was very responsive and provided all the facts we needed to make an informed decision at all times. Since we were in Guam, Tina willingly drove across Summerville and Goose Creek to provide us with videos and facts about different properties. Our situation presented many challenges, but she was excellent during the process with her services and knowledge. She made what can be a stressful time seem easy with her knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help. We had an issue at closing with some repairs not being completed. However, she vied to have repairs written into the contract to ensure repairs were complete. She is very familiar with the military way of life too.
