Tina had every opportunity to let me settle on my house purchase when, on a few occasions, I wasn't excited for a property but was willing to move forward. She could have collected a much faster, safer, easier commission, but instead, she guided me toward a new construction so that I could get almost everything I wanted. I recognize that this both added risk (so much more time for the buyer to get cold feet or experience a change in life circumstances) and greatly decreased her effective ROI (she always showed up for every meeting with the builders, no matter how brief or inconsequential). But she did it all anyway because she genuinely cared about me and my happiness. Well, I am overflowing with happiness for my brand new house and it simply would not have happened without Tina.
She exceeding my expectations. We were first time homebuyers and moving from Texas. So, we definitely had a lack of knowledge on most of the process. She talked us through everything. Tina, is an awesome woman and realtor to have in our family and yours! She was full throttle for over 7 months- she handled many of our bad luck situation so professionally, she got education on her own time to help us with our loan (VA), when it came down to choosing insurances, loan officers, etc. She led us in the right direction every time. For most, I don't think it takes this long to find a house, but with us we have extreme bad luck for some reason, Or maybe it's just a curse but Tina handled it so well the whole time. Tina Hartford helped my daughter and her family in 2020 to find and purchase a home while they were deployed in Germany and coming back to the US.
