I’m Tim Millson.
I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and I’m married with two children who serve in military and surgical careers. I’m a pilot, skydiver, scuba diver, below-average golfer, and plenty more. When it’s time to recharge, we spend part of the year in Lake Como, Italy. I live and work full time in The Villages, and by choice, I focus exclusively on selling here. For past customers, however, I’m always willing to make an exception and help anywhere in Florida. I’m also blessed to be partnered with a great four-person team. We pool our resources to keep every home we list open and available for potential buyers, and we do the same for our buyers by helping them explore every opportunity that interests them. Simply put, we stay active in the field—hosting open houses, meeting buyers, and helping people find their next home. We all live in The Villages, and we all do this full time.
One special benefit of working with our team is access to the homes we share with our customers. In Canzo, near Lake Como, Italy, we own a small castle called Bella Alda, named after the former owner’s sister and best friend, who spent summers there with family and friends for many years. We maintain a guest house in the castle exclusively for our Villages real estate customers to enjoy at no charge when they vacation in Italy each year. We also maintain a guest home in The Villages at 1914 Armondo Drive in the Village of Palo Alto for customers who are visiting and shopping for homes as our guests. We also make these homes available to customers who need a comfortable place to relax while we host open houses in their homes.
I began working in real estate more than 40 years ago, when I was 24, helping my dad and brother at our offices in Texas whenever they needed me. At the same time, I was busy with my own career in aviation and my passion for manufacturing food products for major grocery stores in the U.S. and abroad. I also owned and operated companies in Texas, Wisconsin, Illinois, and the Cayman Islands. I’m a seasoned traveler, and these days I enjoy buying and remodeling homes in Italy, where we truly love our second home. I love life, and I especially enjoy helping people find their forever homes. Real estate has always been my greatest passion because I enjoy connecting with people and being part of something meaningful. I’m happy to help anyone who will let me and to share my opinions and knowledge on any topic you’d like to discuss. I chose MLS and Realty Executives in The Villages as my final career home because of their kind, professional culture, long history of success, strong market presence, and dedicated broker-owner who does not compete with the company’s agents or teams. Our office is filled with fun, helpful people who enjoy serving others as much as I do. I hope my team and I have the chance to meet you soon. I also hope you keep challenging yourself to live your best life, live freely, and allow others to do the same. We all live here, so let’s get along and enjoy this amazing place. My simple advice is this: don’t wait, because time is not guaranteed. Set your budget and stick to it. No one knows exactly what you have now or what you’ll have later, so live within your means—not someone else’s. There are big homes, small homes, and everything in between. I’ll never move from here; to me, this is Adult Disney, and I’m grateful to be part of it. I’m thankful for the friends we have here and around the world as we all continue checking off our unique bucket lists. Even if you choose another real estate team, I hope our paths cross so we can talk about Italy, swap golf tips, or simply say hello and become friends. Life is short—keep moving!
