Tim was great to work with. We were relocating to the area and he helped find neighborhoods that were desirable to me, in my location, and price range. He was there for the initial meetings and kept apprised of things throughout the build job, helped find a lender that met the needs of me that other lenders couldn’t, did the walkthrough with me before closing and was there the day I closed on the house. Not only is Tim a great realtor but is now a friend of my family. He still continues to check in and see how things are 1 year after purchase.
