Tim Mathes has been the best realtor I have come across through my 1year long search for the perfect home. I had previous realtors that were very impatient and discouraging throughly my process. Tim was patient, understanding and never pressured me into anything I didn’t love. He allowed me to take mental breaks and checked on me often. And sent me homes he thought I may like. It was always very encouraging and honest with me without being passive aggressive. I enjoyed working with him very much, I would definitely recommend him to any future home buyers.

Tim made my experience way less stressful than I thought it would be.
