Tim is very friendly, he‘s knowledgeable. He knows exactly what he‘s doing and won’t promise you what he can’t keep. You can reach him almost 24/7. His response is always within min, and even the stupids questions he always will answer in a qualm way. Even now when we bought our house he‘s here for us I definitely would work with him again.

Tim Mathes went above and beyond helping me find a home in Jacksonville, Florida. I was not able to be there so Tim was my eyes and ears. He showed me many homes until Tim felt he had found the right one for me. He Facetimed me time and again so I could view the homes. Tim told me he would treat each home as if he were going to buy it himself. Tim helped me over and over and answered any questions I had without ever complaining. Afterwards he even found cleaners for me so the home would be ready to move in to. Tim is an excellent realtor and I would refer him to anyone that asks.
Being an out of state buyer, we depended on Tim for his knowledge of the area and real estate market. Tim was flexible with us even when we changed directions. It was a pleasure working with him.
