He was boots on the ground when I was across the country and trying to find a home. Communication was great and was a good negotiator for clearing my home when time came.

Buying a house can be a nightmare, but Tim made it super easy. From answering calls, texts and emails at all hours of the day and night; to checking, measuring, and making sure all expectations and needs were met. I would recommend him to everyone if I could. I’ve dealt with Realtors and this was not the case with Tim, he made the transaction and home purchase pleasant and was kind and supportive along the way.

He's ultra responsive, proactive, and seems to always be on the clock and ready for any helpful action. He completes the blanks before I have to think much about them. As we all know this market has been ridiculous with people placing bids over the listing price.
