It was hard for me to leave my home of 40 years. I was selling my home and looking for a home to meet my needs. Tim helped me to realistically look at the market and spent many days checking out homes in Knoxville. When I was discouraged, he kept reminding me that I would know the home I wanted. Tim was right. Even though the home I wanted was under contract, a bid was made after my home sold, and accepted. Tim kept me informed about the procedures during the buying process and closing.
