I could call or text her any time and she always answered in a timely manner. When I asked her to see a property she got on it right away . . .sometimes we were viewing within hours! So exciting. If we needed someone to do something like painting or plumbing or electrical to a prospective home she had a list of reliable contacts we could reach out to if we wanted to. Absolutely no pressure to use her people. Same for title or mortgage help. She has home purchase and sales covered inside and out. We have had Tibitha help us buy and sell and so have our friends. Everyone has been impressed by her professionalism, friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile for you. I will be keeping her in my book for future endeavors.
