Phillip was most excellent at showing and selling us our home. We were in New Mexico and had family here to do a video walk through with. He was very attentive to detail, whenever we had a question, it was researched and answered to our satisfaction. He negotiated a fair purchasing price and his agent fees were extremely reasonable. He guided us through every step ensuring us the best possible experience. I was quite elated as this is my first home and the timing of the move was not the most ideal. But with Phillip as our agent, everything went superbly!! Very, very pleased and anyone choosing him as an agent will get the absolute BEST care.
