If we needed someone to do something like painting or plumbing or electrical to a prospective home she had a list of reliable contacts we could reach out to if we wanted to. Absolutely no pressure to use her people. Same for title or mortgage help. She has home purchase and sales covered inside and out. We have had Tibitha help us buy and sell and so have our friends.
