Tibi (Tibitha) was an amazing realtor from start to finish. She handled a delicate situation with so much kindness yet professionalism . I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know that wants the home selling or home buying experience to be smooth and successful. Thank you for everything Tibi!!
Tibitha was very helpful as first time home sellers. She walked us through step by step and was prompt on any questions we had throughout the process. Would highly recommend.
Typify is amazing with what she does! She helps you out step-by-step until your house gets sold or if you’re buying a house from her she does the same thing! This is my first time working with her and I will continue working with. Thank you
I recently had the pleasure of working with Tibitha and Nicole to sell my house, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication were evident from start to finish. They provided invaluable market insights, effectively marketed my property, and handled all negotiations with skill and care. Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. Thanks to their expertise, my house sold quickly and at a great price. I highly recommend Tibitha and Nicole to anyone looking to buy or sell a home—they truly exceeded my expectations!
Tibby is fantastic at getting you the BEST bargain and house! As first time home buyers, we did not know much about the whole process of buying a home. Every step of the way she guided us, helped us understand the step, and answered all of our questions. So excited to move into our new home!
Tibitha was very outstanding throughout the whole home buying process. She was very patient and truly cared about finding the right home for us and would definitely recommend her to anybody in the housing market!
This is our second time working with Tibitha, once as a buyer and once as a seller. We recommend her to anyone who asks and if we ever decide to move we’ll most definitely be giving her a call.
Tibitha and Nicole with the utmost professionalism, just never gave up on my need to sell this property. They both were very prompt to give me updates on potential buyers and their situations. I thank them so very much for their time and patience and professional courtesies. I would most assuredly ask them to assist me again if the need arises in the future. Thank you so much Tibitha and Nicole, take care, and wish you continued success!
I worked with Tibitha following my mother's passing in Boardman, Ohio to help sell her condominium. I live out of state in Georgia so I expected this to be quite challenging; however, with Tibitha's help the sale of the condo was smooth and easy. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding local contacts you may need such as title agents and handyman services. Her knowledge of the local housing market was vast, and she researched well. Our property had an offer we approved within 24 hours of being listed! I highly recommend Tibitha for all your realtor needs.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Tibatha Matheney of Century 21 real estate . I wasn't sure who to go with when I decided to sell my house. I talked to some Realtors and then saw Tibitha's sign down the street at a house .After talking to her I knew she was the realtor I wanted to work with . She is very professional from the time I met her she was on top of everything going over detailed listing sheets of possible asking prices etc and helped me every step of the way in explaining the process as we moved forward with selling the house. Which moved quickly and I was able to get considerably more than the asking price. I owe a big thanks to Tibatha Matheney for all her hard work . Sincerely Martin Hawk Previous Home owner McDonald Ohio 😃
Tibitha was great to work with. Her knowledge and insight were so helpful and comforting through the process. She is very professional and attentive to her clients needs. We will definitely recommend her to family and friends in the future.
Thank you so much for another excellent transaction. Everything was seamless, and we really appreciate the effort you put into our sale. We recommend you to everyone.
