We decided to buy a home while living overseas and Thor made the experience as smooth as I imagine it could go. He communicated to me the "must haves" in preparing the residence for sale, and then he met with termite inspectors and contractors to perform services, as needed. Thor's pleasant attitude was tested a few times, but he never wavered. He made the sale process seamless and as a professional in the trust & estate planning industry, the only regret that I have is that I can't transplant him in each market that I have real estate to sell.
