We were referred to Ted via a family friend and has been a pleasure to work with during our home buying process! My wife and I purchased a house in May 2022, during the peak of the housing boom when it's especially difficult to be a buyer during this market. Ted not only connected us with a local lender (that had much better rates than national lenders), but also was highly accommodating for open houses, connecting us with reputed inspection companies, meeting us at houses on a whim on Sunday afternoon, etc. Ted is not pushy by any means and truly get's to know the clients and their needs. There were many occasions that we would go back and forth about putting an offer for many houses, and he was very incredibly professional during this time where we had "indecision syndrome". He is incredibly patient (he worked with us for 7 months before closed!) and positive throughout our home buying process and always puts the client's goals / needs first. Ted is a fantastic realtor who embodies true professionalism, and is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Ted as a realtor and my wife and I will happily work with him again for future real estate endeavors.

We can’t write enough of our experience with Ted Spenadel. We were first time home buyers with little knowledge about how to find the right home in a right place with the budget we had. One of our good friends recommended Ted Spenadel, they recently bought their first home through Ted. We knew we were getting a great person on our side,but Ted exceeded our expectations. We felt very comfortable with Ted and his advice was extremely helpful. Ted never forced us to make any decisions and when we finally found the house ‘it’s spoke to us’ and ended up a bidding competition.Ted help us every step of the negotiation, and we got the home even less price than we expected. Ted helped to find the best home inspection team and made sure the house is in a great condition and negotiated with seller to fix the problems. He not only help us to buy the house but also help us to make sure what we need to be done before we moving to our new house. Especially when you never own a house in your entire life there are so many things that we are even not aware of and Ted walk through the entire process as a friend and we are so grateful for that. Overall, Ted is remarkably knowledgeable, extremely patient, and very dedicated to his clients. We completely endorse his services, to anyone buying or selling a home.
