Through this time Matt was very understanding, sent us (per our request) listings of the area we wanted to move into so we could have a good idea what to expect. Once we decided that the time was right, Matt helped us get in touch with a good mortgage company, advised us in the process to get pre-approved, and was extremely helpful during our house walk-throughs. He successfully negotiated acceptable offer well within our pre-approval requirements and helped us coordinate with very reputable inspectors. We were actually worried at how smooth everything worked out and expected the shoe to drop at any moment. It never did, we just closed! Definitely recommend.
