Matt and his colleagues made buying my first house insanely easy. I'd hope all other home buying experiences are as smooth as mine was. He proactively researched extra programs available in my target area to help me get the financing I needed. He even took the time to drive out in the middle of nowhere (which is where I like to be) to look at homes even if the first few we looked at were not what either of us expected. In the end, he, and his experienced colleagues, handheld me all the way to closing day till the moment I got my keys and even was available afterwards to respond over e-mail whenever I had additional questions about the recent purchase.
