Matt and his wife Jen are fantastic! He was super consistent knowing that when I first contacted him I was not ready to buy a home, he stuck it out with me. He wasn’t pushy at all and just did a few touch points to see if I was still interested. Just all around great service and professional.

Matt is a great person and willing to help out in every way. He was my realtor throughout the entire process an was very knowledgeable and up to date on all new aspects of real estate. Definitely the go to person for purchasing a new home.

Matt and Jenn are fantastic, patient and helpful!!!! They helped us move across country and dealt with a very difficult close. We would use them again in a hot second!!!

If you're looking for a realtor team with SUPERIOR knowledge of the real estate market and techniques to get your property as much public exposure as possible, then you need to call Matt and Jenn Freda. I was completely satisfied (blown away) by the effort and expertise of these two realtors who sold my home and helped me purchase my new home. In fact, I would say that they exceeded my expectations by selling my home in less than one day! Please call them - you will NOT be disappointed! I have recommended them to my friends and will definitely use them again in the future. They were there with me every step of the way - handling all the complicated and difficult steps a buyer/seller can run into during the process. Both Jenn and Matt are proactive on all of the real estate matters that come up, making the whole experience an enjoyable one. As I said before, you will not be disappointed!

Being a first time home buyer can be very overwhelming and frustrating at times but working with Matthew and Jennifer Freda made the process an enjoyable experience. Matthew Freda made it seem like I was his only client. His one-on-one attention made it simple and easy to find a home in which I am closing on today. The only thing I told him is what I was looking for, and he went to work from there. I am grateful and ecstatic I had a chance to work with such a reliable and knowledgeable real estate broker.

We couldn’t be happier with our home buying process with the Freda team. Jen and Matt take the time to make sure you’re on the same page with everything, are super personable, found listings that were suited to our taste and criteria, and they were great at communicating updates throughout the whole process. With their help we found a home that far exceeded our expectations and we would definitely choose the Freda’s if we had a second chance.

They sold the house in three days, and kept us informed on what was happening. If I would sell my new house I would have them sell it.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to but or sell a house.

Matt and his colleagues made buying my first house insanely easy. I'd hope all other home buying experiences are as smooth as mine was. He proactively researched extra programs available in my target area to help me get the financing I needed. He even took the time to drive out in the middle of nowhere (which is where I like to be) to look at homes even if the first few we looked at were not what either of us expected. In the end, he, and his experienced colleagues, handheld me all the way to closing day till the moment I got my keys and even was available afterwards to respond over e-mail whenever I had additional questions about the recent purchase.
