They are very good at what they do. They were able to get an end number that was better than my wildest dreams. I would highly recommend using them. I was new to the entire house selling process. My main contact was Matt. During the entire process Matt took the time to explain the systems and procedures that were involved with selling a house. If I ever needed to contact Matt, he was reachable. The circumstances that initiated the house having to go on sale were not good. But as they say when you have lemons, make lemonade.
