Amazing team to work with! Knew what we were looking for and jumped on the opportunities that presented. Constantly in contact and always having answers. They have a very good working dynamic and if they don't have the answer, they will go out and get it.
I was extremely impressed with Matt and Jenn Freda. They were over the top helpful and extremely quick in responding. Buying our home with them took the stress out of the process entirely. Recommend 100%! Thank you Matt and Jenn Freda!
Matt was fantastic. I really enjoyed working with him. He knew the area really well, and even gave us a suggestions. He always responded quickly and professionally. He helped my husband and I find the perfect home! Thank you!
The process was quick and simple, especially considering it was an out of state purchase and process. Thanks again Matt! Great work. I will be using you in the future for any purchases or sales that I need to do in Florida.
Two words to describe Team Freda and my experience… outstanding and seamless. From the moment I signed with Matt & Jenn, they never missed a beat. Whenever a situation arose during the selling process, there were always multiple solutions. I honestly can say that their communication was some of the best that I’ve ever seen in a professional situation. The selling of my home was not an easy one due to some extenuating circumstances and they never made me feel alone and always treated me as their number one priority. If I ever have a house to sell again, there is no question that I will use them. Their knowledge of the industry and their professionalism cannot be matched. Thank you Team Freda for making this experience easy and enjoyable.
Matt and Jenn became our family realtors, they found our daughter and son-in-law their forever dream home. When we wanted to sell our home in Maryland, Matt referred us to a wonderful team of realtors. We sold our home quickly and for exactly what we wanted. The townhouse we bought in Florida has been great! When we decided to sell, Matt and Jenn sold it in 24 hours, amazing! The entire experience has been so easy! We feel confident in their expertise and experience. We're in the process of buying our next and hopefully last home, Matt and Jenn continue to, along with our kids guide us every step of the way.
I met Matt Freda when I was looking to buy a new home in Orlando. This would also include the sale of my Condo in the Rosemont area. Unfortunately we had to delay the search for many reasons. All along he continued to check on when and if we would be ready. Things took a turn and the opportunity to work with Matt and Jenn was now finally going to happen. They both got on board and expedited the listing getting us a prompt and smooth closing. . It was a great experience we recommend them to anyone in the Orlando area. Thank you, Kenneth Vilanova
Very happy with my experience with Matt. Very knowledgeable and was very responsive to all communication. He was always willing to show us any property we wanted to see. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a home.
Matt and Jenn are amazing! Great communication and really helped me by jumping in at the last minute when my previous realtor wasn’t able to take me to a listing. In this crazy market they were so helpful and made the experience great.
Matt did a great job helping me find and buy a house. He's very responsive, prompt and had a lot of knowledge of the area I was looking to buy. Would definitely recommend Matt to anyone looking for a house. Jenn is the property manager of my rental property and I couldn't have asked to a more responsive, and helpful person during that process.
My experience with Matt and Jenn was very positive. When dealing in real estate, it is important to me to have an open communication with my Agent. There was never a call that went unanswered and never a question that went unanswered. If professionalism and integrity is what you are looking for I would strongly recommend eXp ICON Agents Matt and Jenn Freda.
