Then my search was spot on to exactly what I was looking for and in the price range. Closed that in less than 30 days. Thanks, guys for your help, guidance, and quick work...

The Freda Team is all you can expect from a buying or selling experience. Very dedicated and very professional.

As we're moving from a different state, Matt and Jenn were very knowledgeable about the Florida housing market and provided valuable information to help inform our family make an informed decision to purchase this home. We began our journey looking for resale units and Matt and Jenn were very helpful to get appointments scheduled and stay informed of properties coming onto the market during that time. Communication via text, phone, or email was attentive throughout our home selection process. We felt like we could ask any question and get a response within a timely manner. They helped us ask the right questions to maximize our value from the builder. Matt and Jenn were exceptional assisting with our builder home walk throughs. Jenn has an amazing eye for identifying issues and got them brought up with the builder for resolution during the closing process. They helped us greatly in performing virtual visits to keep us engaged while we were unable to travel and work with the builder through final closing activities.

Matt and Jen Freda do care and make a difference in this complicated real estate market. They held many open houses and got my house sold in 24 days. They kept on top of the closing and made sure I was happy. Thanks to team Freda

Matt from the start had a great marketing plan and held numerous open houses until we had multiple offers. He communicated every step of the process and gave us insight on what was needed to sell our property. We lived on a major road and most prospects did not like the road noise. Matt turned that negative into a positive and still sold the house. I would recommend Matt and Jenn to all my friends.

I enjoyed working with the Freda's during my recent home-selling journey, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Matt and Jenn helped me on the buyer side of things. I came in without my own realtor. I had a lot of questions during the closing process and they were quick to respond. Matt even helped me with advice on the house I was Aldo currently selling.

Team Freda has done it again! I had such an amazing experience with Matt and Jenn on my first house sale, there was no question that I was going to use them to sell my second home. This sale was extra personal for me because it was the sale of my mother's home after her passing. Working with Matt and Jenn feels like you are working with family. Not only are they professional during every step of the way, they also have an acute understanding on the emotional aspects of the transaction. The sale of my mother's house was not an easy decision for me, but they took control and made the process seamless so I could take care of properly grieving during this time. I will continue to use this team for any buy/sale of a home. Their knowledge of the market and real estate in general is superior. Once again, thank you team Freda for all your help and guidance with selling my home.
