They got us more for our house than other realtors in our neighborhood would have. Selling during the COVID lockdown was challenging but they did a great job.

Great experience, couldn't ask for a better agent. It took us about 18 months from the time we originally contacted Matt to take the plunge and get serious about buying a house. Through this time Matt was very understanding, sent us (per our request) listings of the area we wanted to move into so we could have a good idea what to expect. Once we decided that the time was right, Matt helped us get in touch with a good mortgage company, advised us in the process to get pre-approved, and was extremely helpful during our house walk-throughs. He successfully negotiated acceptable offer well within our pre-approval requirements and helped us coordinate with very reputable inspectors. We were actually worried at how smooth everything worked out and expected the shoe to drop at any moment. It never did, we just closed! Definitely recommend.

We needed to close on our house before being able to purchase another. After 12 days we had our house under contract. The buyers financing fell through and it was crunch time. Matt & Jenn were able to get our house sold again in 10 days allowing for us to move into our dream home. We thank you so much for making our dreams come true.
