Matt and Jenn's marketing was excellent. They are a professional team. The response to text messaging was fast. They did a great job of setting the right price for the sale of our home. They got us more for our house than other realtors in our neighborhood would have. Selling during the COVID lockdown was challenging but they did a great job.

Once we decided that the time was right, Matt helped us get in touch with a good mortgage company, advised us in the process to get pre-approved, and was extremely helpful during our house walk-throughs. He successfully negotiated acceptable offer well within our pre-approval requirements and helped us coordinate with very reputable inspectors.
