Tara began showing us home back in August of 2023 and patiently looked at homes that met our criteria and homes that were no where near what we were looking for but we insisted on looking anyway. She attempted to steer us to neighborhoods with good resale potential, within our budget, and with a good representation of what we wanted in a house. Six months later we closed on our home. She was a valuable realtor and we were blessed to have been given her name. Her resources of electricians, HVAC, and inspectors was valuable as was her rapport with other realtors. Now Tara is like family. We look forward to seeing her once we move to the Denver area.

Tara was wonderful! Before working with Tara I had two other realtors who didn't know the market well after that I had let a friend know my struggles and she said let me connect you with Tara. She is there to help you through the whole buying process from the start. She has several recommendations for lenders, inspectors and handyman to reach out to and work with if needed. She was the all around point guard of a realtor. She was really good at communication, timely and punctual and that is always something I like when working with someone and she had it all. To wrap it all up - she will be there to constantly check in to see how your feeling if this is something you feel comfortable with which you don't want to work with someone that's pushy. I wouldn't look back on choosing a realtor and always would go with T.
