Tara began showing us home back in August of 2023 and patiently looked at homes that met our criteria and homes that were no where near what we were looking for but we insisted on looking anyway. Being a first-time homebuyer can be a daunting process. So many intricacies involved, quick buying windows, limited inventory, interest rates, home prices, location, etc. it can be a lot! After living in Denver proper for over 10 years, my wife and I wanted to transition from living in Colorado to Colorado living! So, we decided we wanted to find a place in the foothills that was about 30 minutes outside the city! Tara was active in her pursuit to find us a perfect house (Ranch-style, which we wanted!) and identified a brand new community (Sterling Ranch) being developed down in Roxborough Park, CO! Together we made several trips down to the physical home site (plot of dirt to start ha!) and model homes to envision what life would be like along the Front Range!
