We worked with Tait closely this past year to find our first home, and he made it such an easy process. He educated us as buyers and was as invested as if he was buying too. Absolutely the BEST realtor we have ever had. He is sincere, honest, SO very knowledgeable, and I have never had anyone go to the extent he has to explain so very thoroughly the contract or the issues. He truly cares about his clients, is available at all times, and has truly gone above and beyond for us. There are two more real estate transactions in our future, and Tait will handle them both for us. There is simply no one better.
