Excelente profesional, conoce su trabajo y hace que el proceso de compra - venta sea cero stress. Entiende lo que buscas y el presupuesto disponible lo cual no te hace perder el tiempo. Siempre disponible y competente al momento de negociar. Muchas gracias Susy.
Susy is a person you can simply trust. She is 100% for you and will bring lots of value to your real estate plans. I truly benefited from her expertise and enjoy very much the exchanges and communications we had throughout the condo purchase process.
As a Canadian citizen, I was pleased to have Susy as an expert broker for our condo purchase in Florida. She brings authenticity, great trust and always, really always available for any questions, concerns and follow-up. She brings great customer experience and will be there to support you. A great human being and professional is real estate.
Suzy did an excellent job from start to finish
Susy was very professional and really listened to what we wanted. She always kept contact with us and sent several listings every week. She actually got us a viewing of our current home before it was even available. We are first time home buyers, and she really went above and beyond to help us every way she could.
I don’t write public reviews but even I know when it’s necessary to break my rules. Three months into COVID-19 work from home and realized that I had to get into my own home immediately. As a real estate professional I knew I could be difficult to find a realtor that I could relate to. Susy surpassed My goals. Ever the consummate professional she provided excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Her catch phase of “ Let me handle this” was worth it’s weight in gold as she negotiated issues that arose and got me into a house that I liked in under 2 months. My experience is such that more than a business deal I might have made friend as this gracious lady listens to your needs.
Susy was wonderful, and lots of patients with us. She helped us every step of the way. We had started our search for a new home back in February, but because of the pandemic had to stop our search. Resumed a few months later and in no time we found out beautiful home. Thank you Susy
Let's buy a house during a pandemic because, why not?! Susy was absolutely wonderful during the whole house buying process. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and, she did a very good job of explaining every step throughout the process of purchasing a home. We met Susy on a whim while at an open house and I'm very thankful that we did! I would recommend Susy to anyone looking for an attentive, knowledgeable, and caring realtor.
Susy was incredible in helping me and my family buy our home. Her professionalism shined and she was in my corner throughout the whole process. She made the closing seamless and was able to get me a great deal. I highly recommend her for anyone with real estate needs. She is a very knowledgable and caring person. I could have not asked for more.
Susy was outstanding and incredibly accommodating to our limited availability. She listened intently to my needs and what I was looking for and was able to arrange several viewings with short notice. She has excellent customer service skills and is very patient answering all of my questions and concerns. Susy took her time to explain every step of the process and often times send me thougful gifts like an anti-stress kit and packing supplies to help in reducing the stress that naturally comes with the home-buying process. Susy is a great negotiator and able to translate her experience in real state into getting you the best deal and I even got some credit from the seller. Her energy and work ethic are contagious and is someone I definitively recommend.
To start I would like you to know that I can be a bit difficult when investing in properties because of my experiences with other real estate agents but working with Susy was a pleasure. Susy worked with me and the seller to make sure that the process of purchasing went smoothly. She also understood from the beginning of my search what type of properties I was looking which reduced my search time. Thanks to Susy's hard work I was able to find and purchase a property quickly.
