She actually got us a viewing of our current home before it was even available. We are first time home buyers, and she really went above and beyond to help us every way she could.
I don’t write public reviews but even I know when it’s necessary to break my rules. Three months into COVID-19 work from home and realized that I had to get into my own home immediately. As a real estate professional I knew I could be difficult to find a realtor that I could relate to. Susy surpassed My goals. Ever the consummate professional she provided excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Her catch phase of “ Let me handle this” was worth it’s weight in gold as she negotiated issues that arose and got me into a house that I liked in under 2 months. My experience is such that more than a business deal I might have made friend as this gracious lady listens to your needs.
