Suzy set up a bunch of showings in the first weekend and we found a buyer for way over the asking price. I needed to close on the house I was selling and close on the house I was buying and she made it happen. She made it happen even in the middle of this pandemic. She was amazing at coordinating every aspect with each person involved and was present every step of the way making the transaction as smooth as possible. I had my heart set on a condo by the beach and was trying to get preapproved for the loan but could not because of some documents required from the association. I reached out to several other realtors and none wanted to take the time to help me. Susy was the only realtor that went above and beyond by reaching out to the association, selling agent and my loan officer. Once I was approved, Susy negotiated the price down to what I wanted to pay. She scheduled my inspection and orchestrated my closing. Everything went quickly and smoothly. I appreciate everything she did for me. I would and have recommended her and will use her again once if I decide to sell/purchase. again.
