I have dealt with many realtors for my company, and I can honestly say Susy has been the best agent to work with! Susy is always trying to help her clients and is well versed in salesmanship. She sets her goals and always completes them. For the future, I plan to use Susy Chalvez for renting, selling & buying. In reality most agents are the same price.....why not use the Best ? Susy was very helpful when I had to rent out my townhouse. She found a great tenant for me and went over the details since I was new to this. She also handled HOA issues very well. I asked for her help when deciding on renewing the lease and setting a price. She took the time to research my situation. Thank you!

When I finally decided to lost my house, we had over 30 showings in the first weekend. Got an offer and took it. In the meantime I was also buying a new house. Susy worked with my other agent, my buyers agent to help make it all happen. We closed on both properties on the same day. That took a lot of work and perseverance on Susy’s part and I greatly appreciate it. I highly recommend Susy for any of your Realestate needs.
