Bought a Single Family home in 2019 in Coconut Creek, FL. My family and I met Susy by chance, when we inquired about a home on realtor.com. We were contacted by Susy and that day changed our lives. Prior to meeting Susy my wife and I were having a hard time finding a realtor who was reliable and knowledgeable. Susy was very patient with us throughout the entire process and helped us find our dream home for a reasonable price. My family and I are forever grateful to Susy for all her efforts in helping us find our first home. Susy always make herself available for all her clients' needs. I would highly recommend Susy to anyone who is looking for fabulous realtor.
It was a pleasure to work with Susy Chavez! She is very knowledgeable about the entire home buying process. On short notice she helped us find a condo, get it under contract and close in just a little over a month. This was even more difficult since we were out of state for most of this period. I would highly recommend her services and look forward to working with her in the future.
