Susy Chavez

This is our second condo purchase near the sea with Suzy Chavez, and once again her experience was outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always attentive to our needs, She guided us through every step of the process with confidence and transparency. The negotiation process went very well, despite several challenges that could have affected the transaction. Thanks to her expertise, persistence, and ability to find practical solutions, everything moved forward smoothly and successfully. We highly recommend Suzy Chavez to anyone looking for a trusted and highly skilled real estate professional. Jean‑François Bourdeau & Diane Rivest

Susy proved to be highly professional, very experienced, and competent. She is also so personable, and a great communicator. No wonder she gets the positive results everyone would like to get!

Susy Chavez handled the sale of our Pompano Beach condo very efficiently and professionally. Throughout the process she communicated clearly and promptly managing many complicated details. Susy was on top of every issue from initiating and negotiating the contract through the closing. She represented our interests well, so I highly recommend her to any buyer to seller.

My experience working with Susy was tremendous. She worked hard and obtained an offer that was higher than my asking price and the closing took place in only a few weeks. Susy’s knowledge of the different aspects of real estate is beyond that of most realtors I have worked with in the past. She communicated with me throughout the process and she was able to get improper citations removed that the buyer’s attorney tried to insist that I pay for and she noticed excessive charges on the settlement statement that got revised. I will definitely work with Susy to sell my other properties.

Susy is very knowledgeable and gets things done quickly and efficiently. I would not use anyone else. She is a very hard worker and is always quick to respond and keep you up to date with what is going on. I wish everyone was as thorough as she is.
